Stainless Steel advantages

Stainless Steel is mostly used to manufacture medical equipment, planes, ships, kitchen utensils, jewelry, etc.
Stainless SteeI is a solid material, not just a coating applied to the common steel, so its properties are more durable and also guaranteed.
Common steel and also other metals like brass, bronze or zamac are often coated or protected with other metals as chrome, nickel, zinc or varnishes to protect their surface and add them the protection.
This coatings are widely used, but the dangerous part of this process is that the coat could be damaged so it would cancel the protective effect. Stainless steel has a nice and elegant finish. Many architects use it for their projects and works. In addition, it does not need a regular maintenance because it is very easy to clean.
It would be enough if you clean it in a traditional way with common products like soap and water. Never use chlorinated solutions. Stainless steel is valued for its protection against corrosion. It is an alignment composed mainly by steel, but when it melts and it's combined with other elements we can achieve the desired properties for a wide variety of applications. Chrome is the material that converts it into stainless and which attacks oxygen immediately creating a protective coat that keeps it free of degradation and corrosion. An important part of the hardware manufacturing are the quality of the raw materials used, its interior components and their polished. There is no design without quality.

Choose according to your need

On
our company we have the necessary means for the raw material analysis that our
suppliers provide us as well as our own quality controls (ISO 9001) on each section
of all the production processes.

304
Stainless Steel is the world`s most widely used. The most common form is 18/8
that contains 18% of chrome and 8% of nickel. It has a great resistance to the
oxide. It supports the corrosion and it is used frequently in kitchen utensils,
cooking equipment and for decorative objects like hardware. It is susceptible
to corrosion on outdoor locations especially saline environments.

316
grade is the second most common form of stainless steel. It has almost the same
physical and mechanical properties of 304 stainless steel and it contains a
very similar material composition. The difference is that it contains around
from 2% to 3% of molybdenum, so it increases the resistance to the corrosion in
particular against the chloride and other industrial products. 316 stainless
steel hardware is the perfect material for outside spaces and coastal areas and
resists the corrosion that would support a long-term environment exposition
